Three students eating in the dining hall

Eat

If you like good, fresh food, you’ll like Bon Appétit Café, otherwise known as the dining hall. This is not institutional food. With just about everything made from scratch or roasted and baked in-house daily, you might not even miss home cooking. Seven food stations offer an array of choices, including plenty of choices for vegetarians. With huge windows that look out to the lake, lawns and woods, Bon Appétit Café offers restaurant quality with a view. It also offers a commitment to sustainability and local Maine products.
