Forms for 2009-2010

The following forms are needed to be considered for financial aid programs including federal, state, and college need-based assistance for the 2009-2010 award year:

  1. 2009-2010 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (Use Title IV Code 002051)
  2. The secure online Saint Joseph's College Financial Aid application
  3. OR Saint Joseph's College Financial Aid Application (PDF)
  4. Signed copy of Student's 2008 Federal Tax Return including all schedules and W2s (and spouse’s, if applicable)
  5. Signed copy of Parents' 2008 Federal Tax Return including all schedules and W2s if student is considered dependent for financial aid purposes.
  6. 2008 Non-Tax Filer Statement for those students or parents who will not/did not file a 2008 federal tax return

SELECTION FOR VERIFICATION

2009-10 Verification Worksheet Some files are selected for a federal process called verification based on a FAFSA editing system. You will be asked to submit additional information for your application if you are selected or it appears likely that you are Pell eligible and we must submit corrections. During verification we are asked to confirm data you sent to us. You will have up to 60 days to submit the necessary paperwork. If it is not submitted you risk losing your aid.

Special Circumstances
Students and families are welcome to submit additional information with the application if special circumstances exist that might impact your ability to pay for college. The information should include a letter of explanation and any pertinent documentation.
