Erica
works closely with hiring managers to coordinate the hiring process
for all positions, including students. She manages the performance
evaluation process, conducts training to adhere to legal requirements
and is one of the College's Sexual Harassment Officers. Erica
is also available to consult with all Saint Joseph 's staff regarding
Employee Relations issues or any concerns faculty or staff may have.

Jackie is responsible for the integration and technical development
of all human resource and payroll processes. She ensures a comprehensive,
consistent and high quality HR data management system. Jackie also manages
the development of the existing HR/Payroll databases and participates
in bi-weekly payroll processing.

Michelle's
focus in the Human Resources Department is processing bi-weekly payroll,
from collecting time sheets to distributing pay checks. Michelle
can answer payroll related questions for faculty, staff and student and
is available to assist with completing direct deposit and explaining W-4
forms.

She is the go to person for all benefit and worker’s compensation
questions. She oversees the maintenance of the HRIS database and supports
the Graduate and Professional Studies Program by being responsible for
contract preparation and compensation.
