Human Resources in partnership with our retirement vendors would like to provide you with retirement planning and investing information during these volatile times.

You may be concerned about current market conditions. We thought you'd like to know that there's a lot of helpful information available from TIAA-CREF about strategies for market volatility. Online Resources is a compendium of online resources that you may find helpful.

Stephen Barnes, Investment Advisor Representative for AIG Retirement, one of our retirement vendors, will be available to meet with AIG VALIC clients and others just to drop by with any questions or account review concerns.  He will be on campus in the Glass Conference Room Mercy Hall on the following dates/times:

Retirement Education Series

The Human Resources Office is sponsoring a year-long retirement education series. Steve Barnes, CFP, of AIG-Valic will present a series of four brown-bag education programs. Sessions will be held in the Alumni Lounge of the Alfond Center from 12-1 PM on scheduled days.

Security

Jarrod McDevitt rejoins Saint Joseph's College on December 15th as a per diem security officer. Jarrod has an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.

Month of November

Athletics

Ashley-Lynn Marble joined Saint Joseph's College on November 10th as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. Ashley earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine/Exercise Science at the University of Southern Maine. While at USM Ashley was a WBCA Academic All- American Player of the Year, Kodak All American, Division III Player of the Year, LEC Player of the Year (3 Consecutive Years), MWBC Player of the Year (3 Consecutive Years), ECAC Player of the Year (3 Consecutive Years), and a William B. Wise Scholar Athlete Award (4 Consecutive Years).
