Professor
Bridge teaches Intro to the Judeo-Christian Tradition, Intro to the
Old Testament, Intro to the New Testament, Contemporary Christian Morality
and New Testament Greek Practicum. He is a member of the Catholic Biblical
Association, the American Academy of Religion and the Society of Biblical
Literature.
Since
2004, Professor Bridge has organized international service trips to
Haiti and Guatemala in cooperation with Partners In Development (Ipswich,
MA). Teams of students, staff and faculty have built houses and latrines,
dug wells and water lines, staffed dental and medical clinics, conducted
parasite research and health surveys, and distributed thousands of pounds
of donations, including shoes, clothing, hygenic supplies, medicine,
and medical and dental equipment.
