Ed Hellenbeck, Assistant Professor of Business Administration
Professor Hellenbeck teaches marketing, marketing research, marketing management and e-commerce, with expertise in customer service, customer value and product development - based on 23 years experience in leadership roles with a large corporation. He has consulting experience with both large and small organizations on issues such as strategy, core value proposition development, Internet strategy enhancement and leadership development.
