A key area of Professor Malmude's expertise is the history of modern economic
diplomacy. His research on Great Britain's financial diplomacy of the
1920s is now part of the Bank of England's Research Library collection.
Currently, he is writing a book on military history that will include
an emphasis on terrorism-based warfare. The book, which will be published
by Harlan Davidson Inc. and is entitled Military History from Antiquity
to the Present: A Brief Discursive Text, grows out of his recent
revision of his curriculum and study guide for the course on Military
History offered by the Graduate & Professional Studies division at
the College.
