General
comment/favorite aspect about Saint Joseph's College of Maine
I love the "family"
feeling of the campus. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable.
I really enjoy interacting with the students, faculty and staff. It's
a wonderful school and a wonderful place to work!
What
do you enjoy most about being an admission officer at SJC?
I really enjoy meeting and working with prospective students and their
families. It is an exciting time for them and I feel very fortunate to
be a part of it.
Suggestions
for interviewing
Be yourself! It is important for the Counselor to get to know who you
are and what you are interested in. Be sure to talk about your scholastic
achievements, and your personal accomplishments. It is very important
that we get to know who you are and what your college expectations are.
Most
rewarding academic experience or influential teacher and why?
My most rewarding academic experience was representing the State of Maine
at the Presidential Classroom for Young Americans in Washington , D.C.
It gave me the opportunity to see and learn about the many facets of our
government while meeting students from many different states.
Why
apply to Saint Joseph 's College of Maine?
Saint Joseph 's College of Maine is a wonderful school. It is large enough
to be prominent but small enough to be personal. The quality of the academic
and student life is excellent.

I love volunteering for causes I believe in. I often work on fundraising

or educational events. I also enjoy writing poetry and short stories.
My favorite past time activity is spending time on the beach.
