If you like good, fresh food, you'll like Bon Appétit Café, otherwise known as the dining hall. This is not institutional food. With just about everything made from scratch or roasted and baked in-house daily, you might not even miss home cooking. Seven food stations offer an array of choices, including plenty of choices for vegetarians. With huge windows that look out to the lake, lawns and woods, Bon Appétit Café offers restaurant quality with a view. It also offers a commitment to sustainability and local Maine products.

Fresh meals, natural ingredients, daily hot entrees, salad bars, grill station, pasta bar, sandwich bar and dessert bar.
Residence halls
So many choices. With 11 residence halls and your choice of traditional townhouse, single sex, co-ed, suite- style, pod-style or substance-free, there's a dorm for you.
Our dorm rooms have cable tv and wireless Internet access, too.
What about cell phone reception on campus? We've found that Verizon and U.S. Cellular provide the best coverage at SJC.

You can always play night Frisbee, listen to live bands and comedians or watch a late night movie in the auditorium. Or join us for one of the road trips to Boston or NYC. Then there's the grocery bingo, snow tubing, or hang out in the game room in the Chalet.
