CPR-AED Courses
Trains participants to respond to emergencies in their communities, workplaces and homes.
Participants will learn to respond and care for
- unconscious victims
- breathing emergencies
- sudden illness
- bleeding
- and more.
Through guided instruction and hands-on practice with a certified instructor, participants will gain confidence in caring for adults, children and infants. After completing all requirements of the course, participants will receive an American Red Cross adult, child and infant CPR certification valid for two years, and first aid certification valid for two years.

Designed for the professional rescuer, those who have a duty to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies.
Occupations may include:
- lifeguards
- nurses
- athletic trainers
- EMT's
- CNA's
Participants will learn to care for adults, children and infants who are unconscious and not responsive. After completing all requirements of the course, participants will receive an American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers certification valid for two years.

Red Cross CPR for the Healthcare Professional
This course teaches those with a job duty to act, such as professional rescuers, healthcare, medical and public safety workers, the skills needed to respond appropriately to breathing and cardiac emergencies including one-and two-rescuer CPR, how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and CPR and bag-valve-masks. Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers valid for two years.
