BOSTON, MA - Emmanuel College outscored St. Joe's 46-24 in the second half and had 4 players score 10 or more points in a 84-53 win over SJC. FY Casey Drake (Lebanon, NH) led Saint Joseph's with 12 points. Emmanuel improves to 4-0 in GNAC play and 10-5 overall while St. Joe's falls to 3-1 in GNAC games and 10-5 overall.

For St. Joe’s, Drake connected on all 3 of her field goal attempts and shot 5 for 7 from the free throw line. Senior forward Marie Lint (Orono, ME) chipped in with 11 points for the visiting Monks. SR Megan Farrell (Abington, MA) grabbed 6 rebounds and netted 6 points in the loss.

JR Alysn Ludwig (Waldoboro, ME) and SO Meghan Daigle (Grantham, NH) each notched 4 steals for St. Joseph's.

The Saints were led by senior captain Jade Paez’s (Bronx, NY) 20 points, 7 steals, and 4 assists. Sophomore guard Iman Davis (Toms River, NJ) added 18 points and senior guard Brittany Bushman (Portsmouth, NH) came off the bench to add 15 points in 15 minutes for Emmanuel. Senior Jacque Pannell (Bloomfield, CT) netted 10 points and a team-high 7 rebounds.

St. Joe's will host GNAC opponent Suffolk University on Wednesday, 1/23 at 5:30 PM.
