The Townhouses, built in 1970 and 1973, are townhouse-style halls that allow residents a close-knit community within a larger campus area. The five townhouses combined are home to 200 students. Some townhouses are co-ed by side, one is substance-free and one is all-female. Each townhouse offers a student lounge on the first floor.
