Offering CPR, first aid and lifeguard classes in June

American Red Cross babysitting course 

The College will offer 11- to 15-year-old children an American Red Cross babysitting course on Tuesday, June 22 and Wednesday, June 23, from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. The course will provide participants with the information and skills necessary for safe and responsible care for younger children in the absence of parents or adult guardians. The training will include CPR, basic care, safety and play for kids up to 10 years old. You must be at least 11 years old at the beginning of class in order to register. The cost is $45 per person. 

CPR and first aid class

An American Red Cross first aid and CPR class will begin on Thursday, June 17 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The class provides information and training in administering CPR and first aid on adults. It meets the various needs of workplace, schools or community settings. Cost is $60.
