Berry Talbot Royer, a leading CPA firm, has a full-time opening for a Firm Administrator/Marketing.

The position is a mix of business administration, marketing and business development. The job requires the ability to manage the overall operations of an accounting firm. The successful candidate will also represent the firm in a business development capacity, maintaining and executing the firm’s sales and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a people person who enjoys working in a team environment with a working knowledge of financial management functions.

Experience: 3 years in an office environment with sales and marketing background preferred

The successful candidate must:

  • Be able to identify and implement policies and procedures
  • Have excellent relationship management and business development skills
  • Demonstrate proven success in identifying and aligning sales & marketing initiatives
  • Be adept at coordinating projects with team members
  • Have a working knowledge of financial management functions: budgeting, financial reports, accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Understand Human Resource functions
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have High ethical standards
  • Represent the firm at networking events for business development purposes
  • Have computer skills
  • Be comfortable utilizing Social Media as directed
  • Enjoy cultivating and building relationships with a wide audience
  • Have the desire to grow professionally and play an important role in the firm’s growth
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
