J. Gaudet Associates, Inc. is working closely with a Mid-Coast Maine manufacturing firm to conduct a search for a qualified Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities include the oversight of the Companys billing, AR/AP and cash disbursement operations, assisting in the preparation of the monthly financial statements, maintaining the Companys cost accounting system, organizing and reconciling physical inventory counts and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets. Also assists in the maintenance and operation of the Companys information systems.
Associates Degree in Accounting with at least five years experience in accounting, cost accounting and bookkeeping, or an equivalent amount of education and experience. SAP, Sage or related technology experience preferred.
