Lew Horton Distributing Co. - Sales Representative

Lew Horton Distributing is looking for motivated business-to-business Sales Professionals to sell sporting firearms and hunting related accessories to stocking dealers across the US.

Join our experienced sales staff as we continue to grow. We offer a competitive salary, 401k, and a commission program with bonuses for new customer development. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities Include:

• Servicing current LHD accounts
• New customer development
• Making 60 + sales calls per day

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of the shooting sports
• Sales experience preferable, but not mandatory
• A willingness to learn Strong communication skills
• A strong desire to succeed

Compensation

• Base salary of $26,000 per year plus commission
• Average compensation for sales people is over $60,000
• New customer development program rewards sales people with bonuses of up $375 per new customer
