Saint Joseph's College invites the public to its Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the dining hall on the ground floor of Mercy Hall. The menu includes turkey with stuffing and gravy, prime rib, seafood newburg and a vegetarian entrée of roasted root vegetable and penne parmesan. Soups include crab bisque and cream of butternut with spiced walnuts. Side dishes include wild rice with apricots and pecans along with whipped potatoes. Vegetables include roasted brussel sprouts and cauliflower au gratin as well as maple-glazed carrots. Desserts include pumpkin crisp, bread pudding and apple or pecan pie. The charge is $8 for adults, $4 for children ages 5-12 and free for those under 5.
