College names Saint Joseph Award winner

Every year on March 19, Saint Joseph's College announces the recipient of the Saint Joseph Award in honor of the foster father of Jesus and the patron saint of the college. The award given on the Feast Day of Saint Joseph is a chance to honor a member of the college community who reflects the virtues of Saint Joseph, in the sense of being an unsung hero. This year's winner is Sue McAuliffe of Standish, an administrative assistant in the Office of Institutional Advancement who has served three vice presidents and thousands of students, staff members and alumni - over a period of 27 years!

At an awards ceremony on campus, Sister Jean Little, RSM, President of the Saint Joseph's College Trustees, praised McAuliffe for her warm, positive personality and supportive nature. She also noted her abilities, dedication, trustworthiness and willing spirit.

Congratulations, Sue!
