Facilities Management Set-Ups

Set-ups:
Facilities Management has a number of tables, chairs, platforms and podiums, which departments and groups can request for meetings and special events. Larger set-ups include graduation activities, Admissions events and student orientation.

We require larger set-up requests to be made at least two weeks in advance for scheduling purposes, as well as to reserve tables and chairs. Requests for event set-ups must be made through School Dude at all times upon scheduling the event. A manual and training is provided for requestors who will be requesting events.

To request a set-up in School Dude, please furnish the following information:

Requester/contact person
Start and finish time of event
Specific details (number of chairs and tables, podium, etc.)
Orientation of items in the room or area (center aisle, number of rows of chairs, facing a certain direction, etc.)
Time when Maintenance can gain access to the room or area to set up for the event
Building
Specific room and/or area
Date of event

*NOTE* Please reserve the room or area and services through School Dude. When scheduling, kindly allow enough time for set-up before the event is scheduled to begin.
