Forms
for 2008-2009
The following forms are needed to be considered for financial aid programs
including federal, state, and college need-based assistance.
Our priority deadline
for new students is March
1, 2008 and
April 1, 2008 for returning students.
In addition, we will need the following items by April 15,
2008:
- Signed copy of Student's 2007 Federal Tax Return including all schedules
and W2s (and spouse’s, if applicable)
- Signed copy of Parents' 2007 Federal Tax Return including all schedules
and W2s if student is considered dependent for financial aid purposes
The Financial Aid Office will let you know if you need to complete
the following form:
Some files are selected for a federal process called verification based
on a FAFSA editing system. You will be asked to submit additional information
for your application if you are selected. During verification we are
asked to confirm data you sent to us. You will have up to 60 days to
submit the necessary paperwork. If it is not submitted you risk losing
your aid.
Students and families are welcome to submit additional information with
the application if special circumstances exist that might impact your
ability to pay for college. The information should include a letter
of explanation and any pertinent documentation.
