Saint Joseph’s College recognizes that as an adult learner,
you have different needs than “traditional” college
students. Adult learners, especially in the military, often cannot
attend regularly scheduled classes at local colleges and universities
because of family, career, or other commitments. They are also experienced
consumers, and expect top quality and service for their money. Courses
offered through the Division of Graduate & Professional Studies
provide the flexibility and access you need, with an emphasis on
excellence in programs, faculty, and service.
Each of our courses offered at a distance combines relevant course
content – prepared by highly qualified faculty members –
with a variety of assignments and readings. Faculty members are
involved in every phase of the program, from assignment development
to analysis of student work, and are available for one-to-one interaction
with you. We have worked with students in the military for many
years, and have developed a set of institutional policies designed
specifically to meet the needs of soldiers.
