The Education & Training Partnership Program at Saint Joseph's College is designed to create mutually beneficial relationships with businesses, religious institutions and other organizations. We work with your organization to design a program that meets your specific educational goals and promotes your investment in your employees' development.
Saint Joseph's College of Maine offers a number of valuable services to you as an educational partner, including the following:
- Assess your educational needs and assist you in addressing your institutional challenges, meeting your schedules for staff education and training needs, enhancing your staff-retention program and developing career paths for your employees.
- Provide academic consultation to the organization and academic counseling for your employees;
- Deliver our existing online associate's, bachelor's and master's degree programs to your employees;
- Develop customized training to meet your organization's specific needs.
