Registration Fee

One credit hour of tuition, per course

Summer administrative fee

$15 (must be paid at time of registration; non-refundable)

Family Rates:

Adults & Children over 12: $735 / person / two weeks
Children 5 to 12 yrs: $368 / person / two weeks
Children under 5 yrs: No charge

Withdrawal Policy and Refunds

Tuition (if paid in full)

Two-week courses + One-week immersion courses
Before arrival on campus: 100% refund
During first day on campus: 75% refund
After first day on campus: No refund

Hybrid courses (6 weeks)
Before official course start date: 100% refund
Within five days of official course start date: 75% refund
After 5 days from official course start date: No refund

Symposiums (for credit + non-credit)
Up to one week before official course start date: 100% refund
Within six days before start date: 75% refund
After start date: No refund

Room and board (if paid in full):

All courses
Before arrival on campus: 100% refund
During first day on campus: 75% refund
After first day on campus: No refund
