She is the go-to person for all benefit and worker’s compensation questions. She oversees the maintenance of the HRIS database and supports the Online Program by being responsible for contract preparation and compensation.
She is responsible for the integration and technical development of all human resource processes. She ensures a comprehensive, consistent and high quality HR data management system.
She is responsible for our Recruitment initiatives and Student Hiring and will be working alongside Heidi Jacques as a point of contact for all Hiring Managers. She is administering CyberRecruiter and also participating in the final interview process.
Data Entry Assistant
Rachel provides data entry and administrative support to the Human Resources Office.
