She is the go-to person for all benefit and worker’s compensation questions. She oversees the maintenance of the HRIS database and supports the Graduate and Professional Studies Program by being responsible for contract preparation and compensation.

Jackie is responsible for Student Hiring at the College (both Work-Study and Student Payroll positions). She is also responsible for the integration and technical development of all human resource and payroll processes. She ensures a comprehensive, consistent and high quality HR data management system.
