The Alumni Student Mentoring Program The Alumni Student Mentor Program is a newly launched program co-sponsored by the Office of Alumni Relations and the Career Services Center. Its intent is to link alumni with current students who would like to better understand potential careers. Tom Novak, director of the Career Services Center at Saint Joseph’s, believes the Alumni Student Mentor Program will help students understand what careers fit their major, interests and personality. “Alumni will be able to help students through job coaching and guidance. By connecting students with alumni, we trust that a bond will develop that benefits both parties in their career journey,” Novak says.
The time commitment will be decided between the mentor and the student and can easily fit into anyone’s schedule. We encourage you to get more "By connecting students with alumni, we trust that
