In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, Saint Joseph's College of Maine publishes an Annual Safety and Security Report containing statistics of specified crimes, arrests and disciplinary referrals. The report also includes statements of policy and procedure pertaining to the Public Safety Department as well as information about the Maine Sex Offender Registry. Additionally, per changes in the annual reporting requirements effective in 2009, the College also publishes a separate Annual Fire Safety Report. The fire report lists all reported fire alarm activity for the year and provides a description of the cause of each event.
Clery Statistics for Saint Joseph's College of Maine are also available by visiting the Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education (OPE) web site.
The Annual Safety Report for the current reporting year can be found here. The ASR reports crime on campus and in the immediate local area (as reported by local authorities) as well as providing policy and procedural information for the Public Safety Department and links to other state and local resources. Printed copies of this report are available and may be requested by visiting the Public Safety Office on the first floor of Standish Hall; Public Safety is present on campus 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.

The ASFR provides information regarding reported fire alarm activations for the current reporting year and two years prior (Clery reporting requires reporting of "actual" fires only, not alarms, so this information will differ from the Clery stats for the given year). The report documents the total number of alarms for the year and gives a general description of the cause for the alarm; the AFSR also provides information for local fire resources and information.

The daily crime and fire alarm log for the Saint Joseph's College campus can be
viewed (by month) here. These files are intended to provide the campus
community with a day-by-day reference to reported criminal/public safety and or fire-safety
related activity on the campus and are updated regularly. The Clery Act
requires that the crime log must reflect the most recent 60 days of reported activity,
but older records can be requested; such requests will be answered within 48 business hours
of receipt of the request. The daily crime log is also available for inspection
(in printed form) at the Campus Security Office in Standish Hall.
