Residence Halls

O’Connor Hall
A small, traditional-style, all-female residence hall, O’Connor is conducive to developing a strong sense of community. All three floors have small lounge areas for relaxation, study, and socialization.

Carmel Hall
Carmel Hall was built in 1995 and also houses the Health & Wellness Center on the first floor. Carmel Hall is coed by floor and each floor has a lounge and kitchenette.

Rooms 102, 103, 108, and 109 are slightly larger rooms that have a second window the same size as the other windows on that floor.

Rooms 204, 205, 213, and 214 are slightly larger rooms. The windows in these rooms are the same size as the others on this floor.

Rooms 217 and 218 are slightly smaller rooms with two windows.

Rooms 304, 305, 313, and 314 are slightly larger rooms with two windows. One window measures 4’ x 4’ and the other is the same size as the other windows on that floor.

Due to the larger size of the following rooms, the following rooms are designated triples: 102, 103, 108, 109, 204, 205, 213, 214, 304, 305, 313, and 314. Loft beds are available in this hall. Carmel Hall meets ADA/504 standards.

Currier Hall
Completed in 2001, Currier Hall is a suite-style building, with 12 four-bedroom suites and 5 three-bedroom suites. Currier Hall is co-ed by wing. Each suite has a common living area and two full bathrooms. Suites are furnished with two beds, dressers, desks and wardrobes in each bedroom, as well as a couch, loveseat, chair, coffee table, end table, round table and 4 chairs in the common room. The beds in Currier Hall can be lofted. The building also has three laundry rooms. Currier Hall meets ADA/504 standards.

Feeney Hall
Feeney Hall is named for The Most Reverand Daniel J. Feeney, the sixth Bishop of the Diocese of Portland. Bishop Feeney served on the College's Board of Trustees from 1949 to 1968, and he was a huge supporter of Sister Carmel's efforts to expand the College at the Standish site. Feeney Hall houses the Area Coordinator.

Feeney Hall is a suite-style building with the same special features as Currier Hall, as well as study rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. This residence hall, which is the newest to be constructed, is air conditioned.
