Charles Carrozza, a licensed nursing home administrator, has been working in the not-for-profit health care field for more than 20 years. As the CFO of Penacook Place, a 160-bed long-term care facility located in Haverhill, Massachusetts, he has interacted with a variety of government agencies including Medicare, Medicaid, and HUD regarding rate issues, government audits, funding, and regulation issues.
