Joyce Shelleman specializes in complex organizations, competitive strategy, sustainability, professional/knowledge-based organizations, and small business management/entrepreneurship. Author of The Introvert’s Guide to Professional Success: How to Let Your Quiet Competence Be Your Career Advantage, she is an active researcher with experience that includes design and oversight of strategic planning processes in industry.

She has more than a decade of affiliation with the Leadership MBA program; two decades plus experience in higher education. Top management background with an emphasis on strategic planning, including practical experience with marketing, operations, organizational effectiveness, hiring, small business start-up, teams, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, performance assessment, and many other issues. An author and active scholar with recent publications and works in progress.  Recipient of four recent best applied paper awards. Extensive experience with course development and design.
