Lindsay Gibson joined the SJC faculty from Columbia University, where her dissertation concentrated on artificial light and the novel. Her current research combines narrative theory with the study of technology and obsolescence. She also writes poetry and review contemporary fiction. Her teaching covers a wide range of literature and writing courses, including period courses in British Literature, the Creative Writing sequence, and special topics courses in fiction.
