Lindsay Gibson joined the SJC faculty from Columbia University, where her doctoral research concentrated on artificial light and the novel. Her research focuses on narrative theory, literary style, and technology and obsolescence. She also writes poetry and reviews contemporary fiction. Her teaching covers a wide range of literature and writing courses, including period courses in British Literature, the Creative Writing sequence, and special topics courses in fiction.
