Scott Campbell has more than 35 years of experience in senior administrative positions in all
variety of healthcare organizations, including community hospitals, physician
groups and multi-hospital systems. Through extensive work with health care boards of
directors and leadership teams, Scott has a passion for teaching adults. Past professional experience includes 13 years as vice president for planning
and development for Samaritan Healthcare in Washington and 16 years working
with a national hospital management company working with more than 100
hospitals to develop strategic and market development plans, conducting board
and leadership retreats, and many special projects including hospital mergers,
integrated network development and manager care contracting.
Scott has served on the board of directors of a Federally
Qualified Community Health Center. He loves being part of a mission-driven
organization. Scott has been teaching with Saint Joseph’s College since 2009,
working with students in the health administration program.
He is a third generation native of Oregon's Willamette Valley, and has traveled extensively throughout the county working with a variety of
healthcare organizations. He's been married for 45 years to his wife Shelley, and they have two grown
daughters. He enjoys hiking,
reading, and lawn maintenance.
