Sustainability Festival at the Stone Barn

Student groups and clubs will offer interactive activities and demonstrations, including a Raku pottery demonstration by fine arts student Nate Winter, a performance by the Saint Joseph’s College Dance Club, and an opportunity to create balanced rock sculptures.
4:00-5:30 p.m. Art Exhibit Opening
Enjoy music and refreshments in the Stone Barn, while you view Joseph Fiore paintings-recently donated to the College by the Maine Farmland Trust-along with a collection of sculpture, painting, and photography-based artwork by a number of Maine artists whose work is informed by the natural world. At 4:30 p.m., Anna Witholt Abaldo, Co-Director of the Joseph A. Fiore Art Center at Rolling Acres Farm and Gallery Curator of the MFT Gallery in Belfast, will talk about artist Joseph Fiore's life and work.

Free admission and the community is welcome. Shuttle service will be offered from baseball parking lot to Stone Barn.
