The Institute for Integrative Aging is dedicated to creating opportunities for improved health and wellness. We offer a variety of exercise classes especially developed for older adults through Tivity’s Silver Sneakers program. They are a great way to get into shape and make new friends. IIA also hosts other wellness programs, including meditation, yoga, and trail walking.
During this stay-at-home time, we’re offering online Silver Sneakers classes with our own SJC Instructors via the Zoom platform. Monday’s and Wednesdays from 11:00 to 11:45am. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details and the links to participate.
