“I have been attending Silver Sneakers exercise classes and swim for two weeks, and can already feel a positive outcome in my fitness.  The programs are far better than I was doing by myself in the gym.  So happy that I found this program.  The socializing is also a positive for someone that lives alone.  Thank you for putting on this program!  Please continue!”
