35th Annual Gem, Mineral, and Jewelry Show

Saint Joseph’s College is proud to host the Maine Mineralogical and Geological Society (MMGS) 35th Annual Gem, Mineral, and Jewelry Show on Saturday & Sunday, April 14 & 15, 2018, at our Sebago Lake campus in Standish, Maine. The MMGS Show, the biggest in the state, features thousands of items from renowned local and international vendors, including: one-of-a-kind mineral specimens, fossils, meteorites, gemstones, and jewelry items, fun and engaging educational programs, kids’ activities (such as digging for treasures in the mini-mine), live gold panning and gem cutting demonstrations, delicious concession stand food, and generous door prizes. Paid and registered admittees can enter the Grand Prize Raffle, to be held at the end of the show. This year’s Grand Prizes include FIVE one gram APMEX bars of .9999 fine gold!
The show will be held in the Harold Alfond Center at Saint Joseph’s Sebago Lake Campus. Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for students and seniors, and free admission for children 12 and under. You can find more information at mainemineralclub.org.
