In this session, we provide a “how to” guide and the opportunity to experience this practice which transforms, refreshes, and connects us to a deeper understanding of our Self and life. Registration is required for this free workshop. Learn and discover how Centering Prayer is an oasis in the midst of our busy lives, demanding schedules, and daily challenges. No previous experience necessary! All are welcome!
