monk-mascotSaint Joseph’s College is changing the game, and our new and improved Monk mascot—big, blue bearded, and ready to rally—is the perfect representation of the pride we have for our academic and athletic programs.

The new mascot was a gift from alumnus and Board of Trustees member Dr. Colonel Solis ’93. St. Joe’s is home to athletic excellence, with 24 GNAC Championship titles and 25 NCAA tournaments in the last decade. The college is looking for ways to constantly innovate and change the way our students, coaches, and fans experience sports at SJC. The biggest addition to our sports facilities in recent years has been the construction of our new athletic complex, complete with an artificial turf-surfaced and lighted field, an eight-lane track, a storage facility for equipment, a satellite athletic training room, and on-site parking. All this change and improvement are possible thanks to generous donors like you, who know that being a Monk means something special.
