This course is designed to prepare you to teach the RedCross Lifeguarding, Shallow Water Lifeguarding, CPR/AED for ProfessionalRescuers and Health Care Providers, Basic Water Rescue, Administering EmergencyOxygen and Blood borne Pathogens Training: Preventing Disease Transmissioncourses and/or modules.
***ALL courses are Blended Learning courses that combinesonline learning with on-site skills sessions where you will practice skills anddemonstrate competency. Please plan to complete the initial onlinelessons of your training at least two days prior to your first on-site skillssession which is scheduled.***
For participants that fail to pass the pre-course skills orwithdraw within 5 days of the course, a refund minus $75 will be mailed to theparticipant. Participation in the course does not guarantee successfulcompletion. Should the course participant fail to successfully completethe course, drop out of the course, or not attend the course, no refund will beissued. Successful or unsuccessful completion is at the sole discretion of theinstructor and/or Saint Joseph’s College.

- Students must be at least 17 years of age.
- Students must have a current ARC certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED or an equivalent certificate from another organization.
- Successfully complete pre-course skills assessment and online training
