New England Rustic Stone Barn

Our beautifully remodeled 110-year-old rustic stone barn on our organic working farm is the perfect space for a charming ceremony, elegant reception or both! The Stone Barn, covered patio and courtyard accommodates up to 250 guests. Available May-October.

Lakefront 1

The Lakefront

A wooded tent location with views and access to our private waterfront located on beautiful Sebago Lake. Provides a stunning back-drop for a memorable event. Lakefront package accommodates up to 300 guests. Available Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend.


Grand Lawn

This tented location offers a picturesque view of the White Mountains and accommodates up to 250 guests. Available May to August.


Pearson’s Café

This space offers spectacular natural lighting with nature views. Pearson’s Café comfortably accommodates up to 300 guests. Available May to August.

Ceremony Locations



The Chapel accommodates up to 100 guests with church pew seating and beautiful stained glass windows. Available for Catholic ceremonies only.

Xavier Lawn

Xavier Lawn

Xavier Lawn accommodates up to 200 guests and provides a wonderful ceremony location behind charming Xavier Hall with Sebago Lake serving as a back-drop. Available Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend.

Grand Lawn

Grand Lawn

The Grand Lawn accommodates up to 250 guests with a picturesque view of the White Mountains. Available May-August.

Additional Services

We have many functions rooms, including spaces with fireplaces and breath-taking lake views that are perfect for an intimate Rehearsal Dinner or Wedding Shower.

We offer inexpensive overnight accommodations for your guests traveling from away and a complimentary Bridal room for the newlyweds.

We also can accommodate a delicious morning-after wedding brunch in one our comfortable function rooms or in your overnight housing accommodations lobby.

Transportation from/to Portland International Jetport and Portland Transportation Center.

Additional Amenities

  • Complimentary use of the Harold Alfond Recreation Center including fitness room, gymnasium, pool, dance studio, and indoor running track.

To reserve your space, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the venue rental fee is required.

Please note that we have beautiful, intimate function rooms that can accommodate a wedding of 75 guests or less.

Pearson’s partners with local farms & Maine companies to procure ingredients that are grown using sustainable and organic practices, which includes items grown on our own Pearson’s Town Farm.
