Presented by the Institute for Integrative Aging

This one-day event supports a holistic and integrative approach to aging, focusing on wellness, engagement, and connectivity. We will feature presentations on purpose, creativity, endurance, spirituality, mindfulness, and nutrition, with interactive breakout sessions to bring out the creativity in all.

This one- of- a kind conference is open to health and wellness professionals as well as older adults and their family members interested in Healthier Aging.
