Founded in 1912, today Saint Joseph’s College has over 100 years of history to draw upon and eight decades of graduates living around the world and actively participating in the College community. That’s thousands of alumni across all 50 states and internationally who allow Saint Joseph’s to operate far beyond the limits of its home base in Standish, Maine. Whether you’ve been involved with the College’s alumni network since graduation, or else are interested in reconnecting with your alma mater years later: Welcome. Once a Monk, always a Monk.

Alumni Organizations

The Alumni Association

The Alumni Association members are all graduates of the College, whether from the campus or online programs.

Alumni Association Endowed Scholarship

The Alumni Association Endowed Scholarship fund continues the Saint Joseph's tradition of selfless giving. This fund is still being created through the generous support of our alumni from individual donations and fundraising events.

Events held as fundraisers for the scholarship include the College’s annual Ice Bar & Lounge, held during the first weekend of February, and the Welcome Back Cruise of Casco Bay that takes place during Alumni Weekend every year. The Association will also periodically sell T-shirt and other merchandise to raise money for the fund.

The Alumni Council

The Alumni Council consists of members of the Association who conduct the operations of the Association. The Council meets three times annually and holds one annual Association meeting, which all alumni are invited to attend.

Alumni Association and Alumni Council updates are published in each issue of the Saint Joseph's College Magazine.

Future Alumni of the Monks (FAM)

FAM is the College’s student - alumni association, a club committed to strengthening the bond between current students and Saint Joseph’s graduates in the interest of creating networking opportunities and a sense of community. Learn more on our FAM page.
