General Guidelines

While we do our best to print all Class Notes as written, we may need to edit due to space limitations, appropriateness of language and content, or repetition of content.

Class Notes will be accepted in the following manner:

  • If the alumnus/alumna in the note notifies the College of the news (except condolences, which may come from the alum’s family)
  • If the College receives electronic notifications of the event from a news article or bulletin from another publication/public relations office
  • If the announcement is publicly published and references the alumnus/alumna by name and association with the College
