Clery Crime Statistics Act

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the College publishes an Annual Safety and Security Report. In this report you will find information about key college policies, personal safety and crime prevention, how to report criminal activities, and required Clery Act statistics for the last three calendar years. In addition, the college publishes a separate Annual Fire Safety Report that contains information about campus fire safety practices and statistics reported for the year. Daily Crime Log

The Clery Act requires that institutions of higher education maintain a daily crime log. This log may be either a hard copy log or an electronic format and be available for inspection. The crime log for the "most recent 60-day period" must be available for public review during normal business hours. Any requests to view logs older than the 60 day recent period must be made available within two business days of the request for the public inspection.

Hard copies of the crime logs for Saint Joseph's College are maintained in the Department of Campus Safety (Standish Hall). Interested parties may request this information by contacting Campus Safety at 207-893-6687.
