Gregory A. Wadsworth is an assistant professor of criminal justice at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. He actively conducts research and presents at national conferences on topics including the influence of media on crime, perceptions of crime and justice, and fear of crime. Before arriving at Saint Joseph’s College, he taught courses at the University of New Haven. In the classroom, he emphasizes experiential learning and thorough in-class discussion; outside the classroom, he has worked with students to prepare conference submissions, earn unique internship opportunities, and conduct independent research. At Saint Joseph’s College, he teaches scientific methods & quantitative analysis, juvenile justice, crime & justice in the media, victimology, case law, and other criminal justice courses.
