Haley Thompson joined Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in October 2023 and serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Advancement and Admissions/Enrollment.
In this role, Haley provides strategic and operational direction across the College’s core growth divisions: Marketing and Communications, Institutional Advancement, and Admissions and Enrollment. She leads all fundraising efforts—spanning major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, annual giving, and constituent engagement. Haley also drives the College’s strategic enrollment initiatives and aligns institutional marketing and communications into a unified, compelling narrative that elevates Saint Joseph’s mission and strategic priorities.
Haley has worked in education and development for the past 22 years, leading advancement teams at public and private colleges and universities across the country. She has devoted her professional career to expanding opportunities for students and advancing the mission of the institutions that serve them.
A native Mainer, Haley earned her bachelor’s degree in International Studies at Bentley University and her master’s degree in International Relations at the University of Oklahoma. She lives in Saco with her husband, Matt, and their two sons.
