Mr. Dan Marques

Chief Digital Officer and Entrepreneur

Dan Marques is a data-driven leader with a successful track record in digital transformation and entrepreneurship. He is currently the Chief Digital Officer for HEYDUDE, a Crocs, Inc. brand, where he oversees digital commerce and AI initiatives. Dan co-founded Trident Growth Partners, a digital agency acquired by Hawke Media, and Gemvara, an innovative eCommerce jewelry retailer acquired by Berkshire Hathaway. His career includes leadership roles at Talbots, Adidas, Reebok, and Vistaprint.

As a Babson College alumnus, Dan has been an active contributor to the school’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, developing programs like the Summer Venture Program and serving on advisory boards, including the Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship. Dan also serves on the board of Gardener’s Supply Company, a 100% employee-owned organization, and advises several start-ups in the eCommerce space.

Dan’s passion for teaching and higher education inspires his involvement with Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. He is excited to leverage his expertise to contribute to the institution’s mission of education and mercy while fostering a culture of innovation and student success.

Dan lives on the South Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and two children. During the summers, they enjoy spending time on Frye Island.
