“As a leader of an independent healthcare facility it is important to seek continued growth and skills that can address changing environments and provide for new and innovative methods of leadership. Nothing has illustrated that more than this Pandemic. The resiliency, awareness and support that our team needs to continue this ongoing battle of this disease with the heightened sense of urgency and anxiety has been part of my learning and emersion in the MHA curriculum to find opportunities to help and navigate these uncharted healthcare arenas with courage and support of our team and our patients.”
