Pearson’s Café
In line with our sustainability pledge, Pearson’s Café will no longer carry any paper plates, plastic silverware or take out containers. You are welcome to bring your own container but we will no longer provide one for you. Thank you for your support as we make our planet a better place.

Pearson’s Cafe provides a top of the line hospitality and dining experience. Located on campus, Pearson’s offers an abundance of choices for all preferences and dietary needs. Meals are all-you-care-to-eat and menus change daily. Choose from a wide variety of plant and animal based proteins, local veggies, GF/Allergy friendly meals as well as a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan items. The salad bar allows you to build-your-own and our deli offers a wide range of meats, cheeses and breads. Choose to grill your creation on the panini press or dress it up at our condiment station. Hand tossed pizza, pastas and house made marinara are available for lunch and dinner every day. Fresh baked cookies, cakes and dessert bars offer a sweet finish and our local ice cream sundae bar is a campus favorite.
SJC chefs prepare from scratch recipes with fresh ingredients and follow SJC’s campus wide sustainability pledge. Pearson’s sources 35% of products from within the state of Maine and grows all fresh greens in the SJC freight farm.

SJC is proud of our new partnership with New England based Aroma Joe’s. Aroma Joe’s has an assortment of hand crafted beverages, baked goods and hot sandwiches. Flex spending and Monk bucks accepted.
Located on the second floor of Heffernan Center, Aroma Joe’s is a fun place to hang out with your peers, grab a snack, play pool, or watch TV on one of our 4 large screen TVs.

Stop by for a morning pick me up at Brewed Awakenings, SJC’s complimentary coffee bar. Here you will find a variety of fresh brewed New England coffees, teas and hot chocolate. Make it your own with flavor pumps, milks, natural sweeteners and even whipped cream! Grab a granola bar on your way out and enjoy a coffee and a snack at your next class.
