Beth Auger Day of Service - Two sessions to choose from
Morning 8:30 am– 12:00 pm or Afternoon 1:00 - 4:30 pm
Various locations on-campus, lunch is provided
Dr. Beth Auger was a beloved professor of biology at Saint Joseph’s. Upon her passing in 2017, the College renamed its annual day of service in her honor. This year, the Beth Auger Day of Service will coincide with homecoming to try and include any alumni who would like to join students, faculty, and staff on this day of service. We invite to participate in one of three ways: (1) share a memory of Dr. Auger either in writing or video; (2) take part in the Beth Auger Day of Service while you are visiting the campus for homecoming; and/or (3) commit to some service in your local community on either October 6 or during the following weekend.
SJC Men's Lacrosse Alumni and Friends Golf Outing
9 am, Nonesuch River Golf Club
The 2023 alumni golf outing will be held at Nonesuch River Golf Club in Scarborough, Maine! This year is a shot gun start! The cost will be $125.00 per person or $450 per pre-registered foursome. The event will include a post-golf get together and raffle.

Athletic Hall of Fame Ceremony - 4-7 pm, Stone Barn
Blessing of the Hands
9:00 am– 12:00 pm, Alfond Center Gym
Join us to witness the Blessing of the Hands. Started by Sister Sylvia Comer many years ago, it has become a tradition for nursing students as they start their Sophomore year and begin their hands-on care for patients.

Join fellow alumni, parents, students and friends as we welcome our SJC Community to campus! This event will be family friendly with live music, caricature artists and a delicious menu!
Cost: For those without a meal plan $8.

Monk Mixer with the Career Studio
3 - 4 pm, Baggot Street, Heffernan Center
Meet, mix, and mingle with fellow Monks! The Career Studio is thrilled to invite you to attend our Monk Mixer with the Class of 2024. Please join us for a networking event between current 4th-year students and SJC alumni. Enjoy a complimentary drink and appetizers while discussing various professional fields, career paths, and interview experiences. This is a great opportunity to build and strengthen connections across SJC Alumni and student networks!
Monkstoberfest
4-7pm Stone Barn
MUST BE 21+ TO ATTEND
Celebrate with us this fall, make new memories, and support student scholarships. Monkstoberfest—Oktoberfest with a Monks twist—offers German-style food, live music, local beer, and a commemorative stein at this popular social event. All proceeds from this event benefit Alumni Association Scholarship.
Cost: $25 until September 30 ($30 at the door)
All tickets include a drink ticket and commemorative SJC beer stein.

Movie and Pumpkin Carving
8-10 pm, Baggot Street
End the day with all of your fall favorites! Beginning at 8pm, we will host pumpkin carving and supply all the tools to make your creation. While carving away, enjoy apple cider and caramel apples, while watching a Halloween movie. You won’t want to miss this!
