Whatever your event – a breakfast meeting, a conference luncheon, a reception for a visiting dignitary or a banquet -you’ll find that we offer the finest, freshest ingredients, prepared with creativity and passion, and presented with style and elegance.
Fall 2020 Update: We will specialize each menu for any catering needs. Please note that this will take extra time with limited resources as we re-open. We can no longer provide platers and buffet style meals. Each meal will either be served by a member of the Food Service team or will be individually wrapped. Any large groups or special events that plan to use Pearson’s regular dining services will need to be discussed ahead of time.
We are proud to share our menus and ideas; however, they represent only a starting point. Our specialty is designing innovative menus for any occasion. The Pearson’s Catering staff will work with you to understand your particular catering needs and present you with a variety of high-quality and creative options. Whether you are planning an informal lunch meeting or a reception for 200 guests, our catering staff will work with you to create an event you will be proud to host.

New England clam chowder, 1 1/4 pound lobster or 12 oz New York sirloin, steamers and mussels, corn on the cob, potato, salad, drawn butter and lemon wedges, strawberry shortcake or blueberry cobbler
The Standish Deli
Thinly sliced beef roasted in-house and breast of turkey, baked ham and pastrami with aged cheddar, natural swiss or provolone cheese, fresh baked Italian bread, assorted sliced breads
Assorted breakfast pastries and bagel, eggs Benedict, wild mushroom and herb frittata, pecan French toast, omelet station, homefried potatoes, sliced seasonal fresh fruit, orange, cranberry, and apple juice, fresh brewed Pura Vida coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and hot water with assorted herbal teas
