Residential Board Meal Plans — Pick A Plan

Meal plans can be selected through Campus Café. First year students will automatically be enrolled in Meal Plan A: Unlimited. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors may change their meal plan within the first 2 weeks of each new semester.

Meal Plan A: Daily

Up to 5 daily swipes at Pearson's Café
+ 75 Flex redeemable at all food locations

Meal Plan B: Weekly

14 meals per week at Pearson’s Café
+ 150 Flex redeemable at all food service locations

Meal Plan C: Rollover

150 meals per semester at Pearson’s Café
+ 300 Flex redeemable at all locations

Note: Flex has no cash value. Unused Flex is not refundable, and cannot be used at the Campus Store.

Commuter Meal Plans

Option A: Monks Bucks

Monks Bucks can be pre-loaded on your student ID for redemption in any of our food services locations.

Option B: Combo Plan

20 Meals at Pearson's Cafe per Academic Year and $125 Monks Bucks (purchase price: $250).

Option C: Anytime Meals

12 Meals at Pearson’s Café per Academic Year (purchase price: $80)

Note: All Commuter Plans are usable for the duration of the current academic year.  Meal Balances remaining on Commuter Plans at the end of the year are non-refundable.  Monk Bucks are not redeemable in the Campus Store.

Monk Bucks

Perfect for faculty, staff, and commuter students!

A reminder that Monk Bucks are an easy way for all faculty, staff, and students to pay for extra food needs. You can add to your Monk Bucks any time. Parents can even add dollars to a student's Monk Bucks account.

  • Redeemable at all food service locations.
  • Add Monks Bucks to your card online or in person at Pearson’s Café.
  • Monks Bucks are not redeemable in the Campus Store.
  • Monk Bucks will carry over year to year until the student/faculty/staff leaves the college. A valid College ID card is required to use.

Aroma Joe's

Location: Heffernan Center, Second Floor

Hours: Fall 2025 Semester
Monday - Friday: 7am - 7 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 10 am - 2 pm

SJC is proud of our new partnership with New England based Aroma Joe’s. Aroma Joe’s has an assortment of hand crafted beverages, baked goods and hot sandwiches. Flex spending and Monk bucks accepted.

Located on the second floor of Heffernan Center, Aroma Joe's is a fun place to hang out with your peers, grab a snack, play pool, or watch TV on one of our 4 large screen TVs.
